Hey, everyone! I just got nominated for the Sunshine award by fromsonika and Olivia’s Opinions, and I am so incredibly grateful. It is such a wonderful feeling to be complimented this way, and I want to thank these two wonderful bloggers for nominating me.
Here are the rules for this award:

And here are my answers to these random questions:

Favorite color: Orange, like the deep burnt orange you find in sunsets.

Favorite animal: None? I don’t know, I’ve never really cared for animals. Yes, if you show me a cute puppy or baby polar bear, I’ll squeal a bit, but I don’t really have a favorite.
I’m going to say sloths because they seem to be very unpopular, and I want to help these underdogs get their chance in the spotlight 🙂 Also, who doesn’t love this video?

Favorite number: Again, don’t really have one. I’ll say 19 because it’s the day of my birth.

Favorite non-alcoholic drink: This tea my mom makes. It has cardamom and everyone else gets stomach aches when they drink it, but I love it!

Prefer Facebook or Twitter: Facebook.

My Passion: Writing, reading and laughing. In fact, I wrote my college essay on how much I love to laugh.. and I got accepted 🙂

Prefer giving or getting presents: I like giving gifts, because I love trying to find the perfect gift for that person. Getting gifts is good too, but most of my friends give the crappiest gifts ever, and there’s always a chance of that awkward moment when you don’t like the gift they got, but you have to pretend that you do.

Favorite pattern: Flowers. My mom keeps cracking jokes about how she should take me to shop for clothes at Gymboree (a toddlers’ clothing store) because they have all of these cute clothes with flowers on them that I would totally wear.

Favorite day of the week: Saturday. No homework, no chores and none of that antsy “tomorrow I have to go back to school/work” feeling

Favorite flower: Lilies, especially white lilies. I just love how they’re so open and wonderfully fragrant.

    • I know, it’s a pretty awful thing to admit. Once you say that you aren’t that big a fan of animals, people start thinking that you are a horrible, heinous person, which I’m not, I just don’t care for them.
